With my fear of reading anything vampirish, I creeped into this book with the intention of closing it as soon as it became anything too gory. After being pulled into purchasing by the enticing blurb, I was held spellbound by the descriptive prose. This is the first thing I have ever read by this author and I must say, I thirst for more. The book is short and yet told a long thorough story because of its ability to connect the reader with the thoughts and feelings of every character. I even wanted to cry with the monster. Roxanne Crouse kept me fearful for the family and yet when their time was at end, it was explained with such peace and so casually it almost seemed natural. Very simple. I review all books I enjoy reading. EXCEPT Paranormal,Fantasy & Erotica, sorry. Email your book in Word or PDF format to imtheauthor@gmail.com . All books must be free and digital. If you want the review on a site you would have to 'gift' it (Amazon) or provide a coupon through Smashwords. In other words it is up to you to provide the book.

My reviews are to tell what the book is about and rather or not they are interesting and readable. I leave the written critical issues of poor editing and formatting to the other sites. If the mistakes are too numerous for me to continue reading, I will not post a review and I will let you know why. In this electronic age it is so easy to go back and correct your file.
