I was hungry after each description of the meals prepared and the romance and relationships of each participant. All a simmering burn that keeps you reading. Nothing was rushed. If you are into cooking shows, you will get your fill with the storyline, it's like you're watching a play-by-play on TV, full of realistic conversations and emotions. I liked the way the history and growth of the cooks were explained throughout, despite the lurking of the cameras.
